2. Improve the dissemination of information by launching a comprehensive communication campaigns to raise awareness of the value of skills and skills investments and tailoring outreach for specific groups.
7. Set up dedicated governance bodies to oversee adult learning: a permanent inter-ministerial team and a permanent group within an existing multistakeholder institution.
9. Establish a stable and quality-oriented funding model through a "skills financing pact", including targeted financial incentives for learners, employers and providers.

the overall objective of the project is to contribute to improve the skill level of the adult population in Portugal by fostering the participation rate of adults in lifelong learning, especially among those with very low basic skills. Shifting from Adult Education to Lifelong Learning going Digital!
1.Great Revolution on the EU AE approach. From Adult Education to Learning centered in student/pupil/adult
2. Investing in AI/ML/DL/Robotics - this pandemic showed that with schools closed Learning continued and didn't stop. We have to be prepared for the next wave assuring that broadband and devices (PC's, smartphones; tablets) are available for all students&teachers for free. Inclusion not exclusion!
3. European Moocs offer on ICT&social skills as prioratized
